By creating an account, enrolling in a course, joining the directory, receiving care, or otherwise using The Holmes Digital Campus, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Sharing account access or attempting to elevate account privileges is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Enrollment and tuition
Course enrollment is confirmed when payment is verified. Payment plans, refund windows, and course-specific policies are shown on the course page. Certificates are awarded when program completion requirements are met.
Directory participation
Directory listings require verified credentials and a current subscription in good standing. The Organization reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our standards, contain inaccurate representations, or have unresolved payment status.
Care services
Holmes Marriage Clinic™ and Holmes Marriage Recovery ER™ services are relational care services and are not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, medical, or legal services. See the Disclaimer for the scope and limitations of care.
Intellectual property
Course materials, publications, and site content are the intellectual property of The Holmes Organization or its contributors and may not be redistributed without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time from your portal.
