The Director
A steady presence from orientation through graduation.
Dr. Andrew Bennett directs the Student Success Center. His office exists for the part of an education that no syllabus covers: preparing well, keeping a rhythm, recovering from a difficult month, and knowing which department to ask when a question is not academic at all.
He does not grade your work, hold your record, or decide your tuition. Those belong to Faculty, the Registrar, and Financial Services. What he offers is guidance, encouragement, and a clear path to the right office.
Before your first class
What orientation involves, what to read first, how the classroom works, and what your faculty will expect of you in week one.
A rhythm you can keep
Study habits built around real life — work, ministry, practice, and family — rather than an ideal week that never arrives.
When the term gets hard
A calm, practical conversation about one next step. Falling behind is a common experience; remaining behind does not have to be.
Milestones, marked
A first assignment submitted, a module completed, a residency begun, a certification earned. Progress is named, not assumed.
Referral to the right office
Faculty for academic judgment, the Registrar for records, Financial Services for tuition, Admissions for programme questions. You are never left to guess.
Through to graduation
The Center stays with a student for the length of the programme, not only at the beginning.
Student Success Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.
